If anyone gets into jail, he should be treated the same.

All people in the world should have similar rights, let's give the world a political example to the world. All citizens should deserve the same treatment, let's prove it from the bottom line. 1. Equal treatment. Equal treatment for all prison inmates will be a clear cut bench line example of equal treatment, it’s the bottom base line. 2. Hospitalization. If anyone gets into jail, he should be treated the same. You know all politicians, and rich criminals go to prison hospitals. There should be a doctor access criterion for all inmates regardless of his social status outside the prison. So, if Mahinda Rajapaksha goes to prison and a person born in 1945 called (Siyadoris Appuhami), health condition should be checked of both inmates. We can use AI (Artificial Intelligence) doctors, so we don't need to worry about the human doctors being threatened or bribed. 3. Access to mattresses inside the jail. If Siyadoris Appuhami can’t get a mattress of course no for Mahinda Rajapaksha. Maybe because he was a previous president, he may be isolated from other fellow prisoners for security reasons but no mattress. 4. Jail inmates can't have mobile phone access. For this we need to stop access to electricity inside the prison cells. A simple solution for it. We need to automate the lighting/fans/TV which can be operated from one centralized location with restricted access. Rewire the electric system. Phones can be taken inside anyhow (there is a way called “Bunker”), but without charging facilities, we can stop use of phones. 4.1. This will eliminate criminals from organizing crimes from inside the prison. 4.2. People say we need to give the death penalty for major crimes, but not being able to use mobile phones is a more severe punishment than the death penalty. 5. Drugs inside the prison. 5.1. There are enough drugs inside the prison, the only way to stop is not to allow any food or drinks from the visitors. If visitors need to supply any food, they can order it from the prison canteen and the prison will provide it to the inmates. 5.2. Need to monitor exchange of drugs from the jailors by CCTV cameras, and if caught jailor will be a prisoner immediately. 5.3. Police don’t catch drug owners. Drug owners sent their pimps to prison with discussion with the Police, those pimps have enough drugs inside the prison. 5.4. If we stop mobile phones and drugs, their chains will be broken. Drug owners will face difficulties. We can use technology to do all of the above. I met you last April 04th at Jaffna, I told you I have some important information for you.
