بھائی 100 گرام کی روٹی آپ کے گھر میں پکتی ھو گی۔ ایک average روٹی 30 سے 40 گرام ھوتی ھے۔ اس لئیے ایک روٹی میں 100 سے 150 کیلوریز ھے یہ وڈیو مختلف خوراکیں کو کیلوریز کے حساب سے appropriate گروپ میں تقسیم کرتی ھے تاکہ آسانی سے یاد رھے۔ آآپ کو وڈیو دوبارہ دیکھنے کی ضرورت ھے
