All your characters are weird except for Simon and blinks. They’re the most normal looking ones and the axolotl, but the axolotl’s gills are kind of small but I like them I like that they look weird. It makes them unique and I like weird things because I’m also a weirdo.

I appreciate the suggestion. The background was actually made in color before being given a black and white filter. But unfortunately, if it were in color, it might ruin the illusion of it being from the 1930s a bit.
