I love it! Where did you order this from? There doesn't seem to be much info out there. Is this a clone of another pedal? If so, do you know which?
@omiklСағат бұрын
I bought it using the Shopee App. One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that it has a plastic case. It would benefit from being rehoused in something that would provide shielding form electromagnetic interference.

Thanks. I think the DS-9 is one of Robert Keeley’s best and it is also one of the forgotten ones. I have it in SD-9 mode here.

that 60 cycle hum annoying, get better pickups or a better guitar, youre getting the hang of the pentatonic scale, remember there are are many many more
@omikl9 күн бұрын
You ought to have heard it before the two hum busters were added to the recording rig. The wiring in this place is a nightmare.

@omikl oh, I see, I like 👍 your playing
@omikl9 күн бұрын
@@djizzah I use a multiple path recording set up: Guitar to DI box, parallel output to a "meatspace" signal path which is sometimes then split to two amps, and the DI output to the audio interface. I use a hum buster between the DI and the audio interface, and another between the parallel output and the the other signal path. That just gets rid of the ground loops It doesn't help with the ambient 50Hz noise from the '90's Malaysian wiring though. I love single coil pickups, but I may have to stick to humbuckers.

@@omikl virtual vintage dimarzio are quite 👍 good and sound like a single coil with zero hum

🥃🎶 Apabila anda mempunyai masa, saya ingin mengetahui pendapat anda tentang kandungan saya! 🎙 🎵💙Saya berbesar hati untuk mengetahui pendapat anda tentang kandungan saya, saya mempunyai beberapa blues... Which do you think is better these 70 anniversary or 68 Hendrix shrine pedals??? Interested in purchasing either or.
@omiklАй бұрын
Unfortunately I have never tried the 68 Hendrix Shrine pedals. Of these 70th anniversary pedals my favourite is the Octavio. I just dug out the board with that set on it for the first time in ages. I have no idea how hard it is to find them these days.

That’s an amp at apartment volume! The Ceriatone 18W TMB is based on an 18 Watt Marshall Plexi, but modified to add a Master volume, and to convert the tremolo channel of the original to remove the tremolo circuit and replace it with a tone stack that has treble, middle, and bass controls. Hence the name. It also has a low power option that drops the output valves into triode mode and reduces the output power to 9 Watts, and separate effects loops for each channel. It is running through an over sized closed back 1x12 cabinet loaded with a Celestion Vintage 30, which is close miced using a Tascam TM80 condenser mic.
