How about a mouse twitch on fire punishment or a rand(500)ms sticky mouse actions (ads/fire/change weapon etc), or pick up every weapon, or occasionally fire for no reason, or switch weapons after ads >1000ms, or jump after ads > 1000ms. Basically make them randomly twitch at the wrong moment.
