Die Übungen sind einfach und effektiv, allerdings würde ich es nicht empfehlen für Frauen, die Beckenboden-Probleme haben. Diese Springen geht total auf diesen kleinen, nur ca. 5 cm dicken Muskel, der das alles halten soll. So stark kann keine Frau den Beckenboden anspannen. Ich selbst bin Kursleiter für diverse Sportarten. Die Anatomie der Frau ist nun einmal anders als die von Männern und sollte schon fokussiert werden. Ansonsten starke Trainingseinheit mit guter Methodik und Didaktik.

The constantly changing camera angels make it hard for someone actually trying to do the movements and keep up. Too many video participants make it too distracting to follow. Sorry.

Oh this one was really tough.....sweating like mad......loved the last 15 mins of core workout...it was amazing....super duper killer n sweaty workout.....n stretches helped a lot in the last after such a heavy workout.....

This is the first time through this workout. We have enjoyed Dr Daniel Gardner’s other workouts. I am 73 and my husband is 78. We made it through the whole video BUT it took us 3 days. We feel good. Next we’ll try to do it in 2 days! Danke.
