If the corpse cannot be lifted Open the console and enter the following 1⃣vrmod_pickup_limit 0 2⃣vrmod_pickup_retry 1 3⃣vrmod_pickup_weight 100

I know this is 10 months old but gmod is a CPU heavy game and depending on how much add-ons you have will change your performance

If the graphics settings were too high before the change, it seems to cause a freeze on VR as a result of the setting change. Please press Shift+Esc, type vrmod_exit and try running VRmod again! I will fix this issue in the next update.

To use a gun in a vehicle, you need a mod that allows you to shoot while riding in a vehicle, such as this mod. To use the following mod, open the console with F10 and type "weaponseats_toggle" to activate the mod, then get into the vehicle, open the quickmenu and VREaddmenu and set it to "Keymode:Both". Then you should be able to fire from inside the vehicle. (We recommend that you lower the "Pickup Weight" as much as possible to reduce the speed of reloading, because a high Pickup Weight will cause motion sickness as the vehicle is lifted up and goes out of control, and when the magazine is removed, the magazine and the vehicle will have collided. and it will result in a major accident). ------ BFG: Seat Weaponiser II steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=601411453

Sorry, I guess I made a mistake and said something quite wrong. To display the menu in the car as you would on foot, open the vreaddmenu from quickmenu and press the button named "keymode" and set it to "keymode:both". If keymode reverts back to normal when you activate the seat weaponiser, just open and close the vreaddmenu one more time and you should be able to operate the menu the same way as on foot in the car.
