What about in instances where they jump right in to asking what the price is?

This is a great question! First of all, price is a buying question. Often, they just don't know what else to ask so they start with that. We get frustrated that that's all they care about but it means they're interested enough in you to ask! Second, this also *can mean that it wasn't clearly visible on your website or in your marketing so take that as feedback that even if you have it there, it may not be super prominent and could be added in more places.

In the case where they are asking the pricing question because they may not know what else to ask, How would you respond?

@@TheresaMiner-o6h I would answer it! You can say something like “our pricing starts at ___ and is based on your specific needs. I’d love to know more about your big day! Have you chosen a venue yet?” Or some other easy to answer question so you can get a convo started!

@@_Leila_ So my mom went to the same high-school as her and she told me that when their high-school had a prom she was getting a custom dress from a local designer, all was good until her dress came and it was BAD, I'm talking uneven stitching bad fitting and overall looking unfit for prom, and it turns out that she kept harassing the designer by changing the deadline and sometimes calling her at like 2AM to ask if the dress is done yet Also My mom told me that she was a Bridezilla for her wedding and probably did the same thing to this poor designer.....
