At the Coral Sea water world hotel in Sharm el sheikh Egypt, I stayed in a jacuzzi room. This is what I do in a typical day while I stay on the resort: Watch the sunrise Have a lovely breakfast, usually Omelette and always gluten free Sit by the pool and wait for the day to wake up Read and journal Lunch at the mermaid restaurant walk down the pier and see the fish Sit at the edge of the pool with my feet in the water and have a coffee Jacuzzi at sunset Dinner in the a la carte Watch the evening entertainment It was so much fun being back here again. If you see coming from uk pounds is fine but they take $ and € too. They can give you egy pounds back as change 😅

Were you allowed to take a personal item ? according to their website only 1 bag is allowed on the plane. So, no neck pillow or a hand bag

I did take a cross body bag for my purse and passport. I always do. Officially it’s not allowed. Usually it could fit into my hand luggage if needed. But plenty of people wore neck pillows too. Not sure what to advise for the best but that’s my experience.

Is there any difference between the family superior room and the family superior with a jacuzzi? And location is the jacuzzi ones at the best location of the resort, we have booked the standard superior and not sure whether to upgrade. Thanks

The jaccuzi rooms are close to the beach. They are lovely. I’m not sure the difference betweeen the two rooms but I guess one has jaccuzi and one doesn’t. I had the jaccuzi family room here :)

I love videos like this as I have gone from a maximalist packer when I was in my twenties to a personal item back pack, now in my sixties. @We find Tunisia and Turkey value for money in Jan and Feb, been to both countries several times, looking at Liberty Lara at the moment. Unfortunately Mu husbands cousin is in poor health at the moment so may have to put holiday plans on hold and travel from Manchester to Bedfordshire for a few days. Hope your feeling better today.x

Great videos , I have booked this in for my family in June, the place really does look amazing and luxurious, I seen a few comments and other vids where a few people mentioned it’s a great budget hotel, but from what I’m seeing it looks top notch do they mean just good value for money, as it doesn’t look low budget there. What is your biggest tips for us we are newbies to travelling , looking for any essential tips , must dos whilst we are here and things you would avoid doing, looking foward to seeing your video on the water world park / water slides. Also what is the WiFi like there, I know it’s not critical but would be nice to be able for the kids to connect to WiFi to watch some English tv when there having some down time. Thanks 👍

Hello - sorry for the delay - I've had a nasty bug. Ok, no it's definitelty not a budget hotel. It's not the Ritz, but you won't really see that in Egypt. I stayed at a budget hotel as my base while I visitied all the other hotels for work purposes. And trust me, the specific hotel was nothing like Coral Sea - it's my favourite place, i love it there. I hope you do too. I've loads of videos o this playlist which might help. There's loads of tips and info. The hotel WiFi is good but you need to pay a few pounds to get full use. If you've never been to Egypt, and are staying at Coral Sea, go and see my friends over at Falcon Adventures (over the road from the hotel) to see about their trips. I recommend old town/Farsha Lounge and Ras Mohamed by land. You might like the boat, but not sure. Also there's great fun to be had with quad biking. All these vlogs are to come from me in the next couple of weeks.
