I can relate to this feeling and I can share what has worked for me in hopes it can help you too 🤗✨ Definitely try to have a routine before bedtime. Most people tell you to give up your phone 1 hour before bed. I find this a bit unrealistic for me so here's what I do instead. Right when I know I should go to sleep. I put on my pijamas, brush my teeth, wash my face etc. and the-en I get in bed (still with my phone) but I simply put on some boring show that I already know the end of. If I put on something that excites me or that makes me want to keep watching I know I'll just never fall asleep and miss my bedtime big time. Jealousy is a way to have no way to hide it. I mean since he brought it upon himself to play hard to get games, then he needs to clean up that mess. I mean he made a decision not to be with you and chose to hook up with your bff and does not approve of anybody else to touch you. That is where you get to stand up for yourself to tell him you are not my bf which means you don't get to override any decisions. He wanted to pretend he is happy being with your bff but felt miserable inside. It is clear he does not even know what he wants. You get to tell him you will accept him if him brings your bff because chances are he will be in no position to override your decision right in front of your bff. It is clear that he wants a cake and eat it too. He is the one with problems committing to a relationship and only cares about control in a relationship. Chances are, he might be obsessed with you and choose not to admit it. He might even be playing hard to get where he would want to trick someone into confessing and then he takes credit for rejecting you. There could be a chance that he might be friendly to you. If that is a behavior, he might even pretend to like you to start with. You will wait for more signs until the day he make it obvious. By not confessing too soon, you beat him at his own games which means you aren't falling for any fake trick of his. There can be times many might pretend to like you only to play you like a fool. Normally, a good way to impress is being happy with solitude life and not give in to entitlement. If he is not confident enough to sell himself, let him suffer that loneliness. He might be the one confessing to you and choosing not to admit it.
