Don’t forget cone of cold. If you hit 3 or more targets you reset instantly comet storm and frozen orb. That gives you the two in the beginning.

If the last living bomb talent allowed all three living bombs to go onto one target while combustion is active, it would be more viable for single target.

Gotta abuse both spymasters and transmitter to make this build viable - and be insanely good at getting combustion back up for next pull. Using shifting the second it's up to maximize - insane build when used right, but having to push past any other DPS just to be top damage is wild when so many other classes have it so much easier now.

Basically to me it's like this Frost - really really good in m+ and raid Arcane - really good in raid and slightly worse than Frost in m+ Fire - ok in m+ trash in raid

Thanks for the video as always, I would like to know if the key level matters a lot for frost mage, because I'm in key 12 now and I feel like my overall is swallowed up by retri/enh/surv but playing fire/arcane depending on the dungeon the overall isn't that far away.

From my experience it does. Icy Veins is like a 40s+ duration. If you are in a low key and the pack dies before you can even get your Icy Veins duration fully out, you will lose out on a lot of dps.
