I still think Mario Odyssey would be so cool in Mario Maker. So many of the capture mechanics would be so cool in 2D, and so many of the themes would look really cool.

Update on the video: So I got copyright claimed on the song I used in the second montage even though I had a license to use it meaning I had to remove the audio from that part. If you hear nothing thats why. I guess that means those who were early got a special treatment lol

A solution for the excess of tracks could have been as simple as building ten stacks of tracks and opening the end on 9 of the tracks so they all deposit the boos onto the bottom most track.

Thats also a way to go about it. Though that could raise the issue of the boos taking too long to go off screen so the darkness effect becomes inactive. I havent tested it out so I cant know for sure

3:04 You can only spawn one warden per player. And two wardens are not allowed to spawn within a certain distance of each other. Said distance being slightly smaller than the size of an ancient city. So you really can't see more than one warden at a time without shenanigans.

Another really cool idea is to have P switches where if you accidentally press the button it would activate another warden. The intro maze was a really cool idea that slipped through my mind

That is a cool idea, but not a faithful one. Wardens have two limitations on their ability to spawn. The first limitation prevents wardens from spawning too close to each other. You pretty much are unable to spawn 2 wardens inside the same ancient city. Not only that, but each player can only spawn in one warden at a time. In fact, you can create a "warden switch" using a shrieker and a large water chamber and make it impossible for you to spawn another warden so long as that warden switch is loaded.

I think the bosses in Mario Wonder are fine, good even. But it's mostly just Bowser Junior fights, and they are pretty easy still. Mario bosses don't have to be crazy difficult but I'd prefer more difficult bosses. I was also kinda hoping for Koopaling fights with actual unique and somewhat difficult changes which didn't happen.
