One thing I like very much about Japan is how the people there live in discipline and keep their surroundings clean ❤.

It’s no surprise that there are many Japanese-style schools in Korea and Taiwan. This is because it was the Japanese who built public schools in these countries. In particular, before Japan governed Korea, the literacy rate was around 10%, and only upper-class Koreans could read and write. Moreover, before Japan’s rule, Korea was a tributary state of China, so the upper-class Koreans who could write used Chinese characters. The Japanese built schools in Korea and taught them Hangul.

The main reason why Japanese has developed over the years a Japanese culture and a Japanese way of behaving that is different from the cultures of Asian countries on the continent is that. Japan's natural environment is completely different from that of the continent (neighboring Korea, China, and even the Mongolian Plains). They were forced to adapt to the natural environment of the Japanese island nation and build their Japanese culture in order to survive as a people. This is not talking about the genetic level, but the behavior of human adaptation to the natural environment. In other words, it developed out of rationality of necessity and inevitability. Therefore, it is necessary for foreigners visiting Japan today to realize why the Japanese have been forced to maintain their Japanese culture for 14,000 years. If foreigners live in Japan, they need to understand the traditional Japanese culture and realize that it is "very dangerous" for them to live in this island nation unless they cooperate and act in the same way as the Japanese people. Japan's natural environment is both a paradise full of nature and water, the sametime has a very dangerous parts of natural environment like hell. It is very dangerous for many foreigners to be so carefree in Japan without realizing this duality heaven and hell of japanese natural environment .

I am a 19-year-old Japanese person, and I thought this kind of environment was normal, but it seems unusual to foreigners. I now feel that I learned manners, gratitude, respect, and other things that are more important than studying through Japanese education. I am glad to have been born in Japan.

I want foreigners who are interested in Japan to know that Japan has not only anime but also wonderful customs like this. It's sad that recently, Japan is seen as a country that only has anime in other countries 😢 日本に興味を持つ外国人たちには、日本にはアニメだけじゃなくこのような素晴らしい風習がある事を知ってほしい。最近、日本が海外からアニメだけの国と見られているのが悲しいです😢

It's hard to believe when I think about it now, but it was just the norm. In elementary school, we had school lunches and ate delicious lunches every day. It's a wonderful childhood memory. In middle school, we all brought our own lunch. Milk was distributed at lunchtime. In Japan, elementary, middle, and high school students clean the classrooms and bathrooms after school. This was also completely natural, so I didn't question it at all. The mentality was that you clean and tidy up what you've used yourself. What surprised me when I moved to America was how simple and frugal the school lunches were, and that there were people working as cleaners at schools.

If it were here in Brazil, the guardianship council would inspect and censor these practices and the SFT would CREATE LAWS that would prohibit them.

In 2005 I taught English in Japan and it was just like this! The little glass bottles of 3.5% fat milk was soooo creamy and delicious! The food was soooo good and the students so responsible, hard working, community oriented and self motivated to be a blessing. What a wonderful example to the world! I can still hear one of my little kindergartners saying after he took the head off the cooked fish with chopsticks saying, “teacher I swallowed a bone.” Hehe. So cute. He was just fine. I was just amazed at the resiliency and how they eat real food because it’s the real deal and real good! ❤❤❤

I am a 20-year-old Japanese. The shout at school lunch was nostalgic and naturally made me smile. The layout of school lunches has not changed. At that time, I didn't feel the special meaning every time because I shouted every day, but now that I think about it, it's ingrained and at the same time, I think it's all stuck in this!
