white shoes rhythm off. green shoes the coach/trainer? this no good training -- line the cones up to face the unused basket and make lay up/dunk

This was great, I have been researching "simple dribbling drills basketball" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Xonayson Basketball Supremacy - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got amazing success with it.

Good workout guys, but when you knock down the cones, keep going. Don't stop till the drill is complete. You won't stop playing in a game, so don't stop playing when you practice. Remember, how you practice in practice is how you'll play in the game.

Your so real to be showing your misses instead of all the buckets that dropped. Good vid man that hesitation is gonna come in handy👍🏾

Weak. You have to do the drills correct (e.g. eyes up, not hitting the cones)...my suggestion is to re-video the whole drill set.
@goku3601003 жыл бұрын
But I haven't seen anyone who who hasn't looked at the cones including NBA players lol
@londonsublett22513 жыл бұрын
I mean they can’t help hitting the cones, but sometimes you have to look down when dribbling go read the defenders feet, this video is probably just to give some ppl an idea for their own drills
@goku3601003 жыл бұрын
@@londonsublett2251 I had to edit my comment, but I think the cones in this case supposed to improve footwork off the dribble. All NBA players also look down when wrapping the ball behind their back including Kyrie.
