Siddhi Bantu Africans came to India by sea in 628 CE at Bharuch port. Some joined Arabs especially Mohammed Bin Qasim in 712 CE The tomb of black holy man Bava Gor; is from 7 century. Few followed Europeans.There are about 1 million Siddhi most in Pakistan, some 250000 are in India. People with African roots out of Africa are 120 to 150 million perhaps? Western type slave trade or apartheid was absent in India

My people are from Karnataka. Many, many years ago one of my ancestors married someone from the Siddi community. Decades later, many of the descendants have the frizzy hair that is associated with Africans. I pray the Government helps the Siddi people. Best wishes from New Zealand. Very nice video.
