You can start by taking the first few minutes of your day to meditate; as soon as you wake up, sit down and simply close your eyes in silence and do not judge the thoughts that will certainly still appear in your mind. Each time a thought arises, imagine that it is a leaf in a river and that it will go with the current, that is, it simply flows without you paying attention to it, it is temporary. Negative. The microwaves they shoot at me everynight has rob my wrist and fingers strength. Happened overnight. They are master liars. The microwaves rob your energy. I am being physically degraded, I reason they do physial degradation which mirrors real personal disease. So the microwaves are to fake my mind into accapting I have arthritis, generated from within me ( a complete lie). They use to try, and still do, to give me cramps, out of nowhere, again fakely generated by them( insecure lying state). Painful, so they trying to kill me. Be for self and God. And they attack you the worse when you sleep. Good thing I mastered sleep before these morons showed up perpetraiting waking me up from deep sleep to waking me with cramps. Its so painful.But GOD saw all. Beware God, evil!

I spend several hours looking at these A.I. visuals. I felt almost sick after it. I felt drained and I felt a strong urge to connect with nature. You are being mislead "All that glitters is not gold" A.I. It's artificial and soulless. It's empty without any life. I can give you another quote to get my message across "satan can't create anything, he imitates" That is exactly what A.I. is
