i have been sleeping on stomach all my life, for the last 3-4 years i started to have regular headache, until recently i realized i usually got headache after sleeping extra hours, so i figured probably it has something to do with my sleep and did some research, now ive been sleeping on my back and headache disappeared. i think im lucky that i realized this early before it turns to something more serious

as a patient of Total Performance Physical Therapy in their East Norriton site I have found a WONDERFUL therapist who assesses my MS status before I get into the pool and then which exercises to progress or back off on as we go. I appreciate her professionalism and the ability of ALL the staff to know me, my program and the way the therapists support one another to keep the center moving smoothly!! I was recommended to them by my pain management Dr. and have been thrilled with the results of therapy with less stress on my body!

I don't know why there aren't more likes here. This is really informative. For me I noticed that with the squat I'm slightly leaning more on my right side than the left but I think it's because a few days back squatting hurt more on my left knee than the right. I've been walking up the stairs lately depending more on my right leg than the left. As a result my right knee has also started hurting a little. It strikes me as tendon pain, possibly both patella and quad tendon on left and just quad on right. I also had some pain in the area of the LCL in the left knee which isn't as prominent now. I've had a quad tendon injury previously and a history of chondromalacia patella in both knees.

Thank you. These are great. I'd just add that people should be careful not to wear slippery polyester or nylon socks while doing these, especially if they flip over the bosu and step on the black base. I'd hate for someone to slip. And thank you for showing us that anyone can find these exercises challenging to various degrees.

I am a 72-year-old male and have been stressed for about 6 months; that is when these horrid headaches started. A deep throbbing in the back of my head to one side that would wake me up after I fell into a deep sleep. This happened throughout the night. I tried one cup of tea at bedtime, roughly 50 ML of caffeine. Headaches have not returned.

Feeling something heavy but cant locate the pain after heavy object lifting, the pain is like someone has hit the testicles and pain is in abdomen however thats not the case but feeling of the pain is same. Anyone feel like it?

Yes same exact thing here. Its like a pain in the testicle, but no sign of actual hernia even when doing sneeze and cough test. It feels like its more blique. Hard t pinpoint and describe. Min has been going on for about 3 days now since I did jump rope intensely and have not done so in a at least 2 months. Pain comes on and off, like a pulling sensation mixed with sharpness and brief. I woke up and felt it and was sitting at desk at work and felt a sharp pain like it , also was driving and felt the pain. Do you have any updates since its been 2 weeks? Are you still in pain?

If you have a knee that occasionally gives way,due to an incorrect or slow signal from the brain. It happens to people who have had one or more TIA strokes. And it takes a long while to retrain yourself walking. Any physio is vital for faster safer healing.

What if it’s both knees without pain, a tremor in quadriceps muscles (vastus lateralis) and possibly lupus or some other disease. I haven’t found a doctor who understands my knee buckling. I have it for 10 years now and can barely walk. I’m just 27 and it limits my ability severely. Any advice is welcome!

Okay, here's the verdict. These exercises are exactly what I needed. I played basketball in college 45 years ago. For the past 4 years I haven't been able to get any lift and I was always a high leaper. Yeah, in my 60's, but after doing these exercises my butt is sore and I feel taller 6' 6" and so many things came back. I'll be doing these daily. Thank you

You have good information here, but in the video you’re very far away. If you take your video horizontally, that would be helpful but even better if someone were to zoom in on your feet. The sound was a bit echoey also.

Doctor: Don’t put undue pressure on the abdominals Abs: 👁️👄👁️… I strained my abs by using the ab wheel while still sore from last core workout 😅 This is very helpful! Definitely different than how I usually deal with muscle strain.

Ty. I have a meniscus injury and have been doing my physio but not for quads. I went to do a stair today up and my leg almost gave way. It did buckle going down. My physio is booked out, same with Drs but will add these to my exercises.
