Hi Nadia, I worked in Hollywood, CA as a visual effects and motion graphics designer from 2007-2010. I have not been working in the field since then. I have public profiles in GitHub and participated in some of Kaggle competitions about AI and have managed to get into the leaderboard but not good places. Also I have 7 years experience of teaching numerical analysis at a University in my country. Is it possible to get global talent visa or I need to secure more achievements?

Hi Nadia. Let's say I'm not sure what to choose between Exceptional Talent and Exceptional Promise, and still try applying for Exceptional Talent. If TechNation decides that provided evidences are not strong enough, can they just give the endorsement for Exceptional Promise? Or will they just decline my request and I'll need to submit for Exceptional Promise separately? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Is it necessary for the recommendation letter to be printed on the company's letterhead? In my case, we developed an AI/ML-based digital product for government and semi-government organizations. Getting a recommendation letter on the letterhead is difficult because they need to get it approved by the office of the ministry, therefore, it is nearly impossible to ask such a favor. :(

Tha's true. This one is kind of subjective about what is "Innovation". I have built up a whole new project management structure, workstreams with automation ,etc which improved greatly on the work efficiency and effectiveness for the organization (from 300 min to only 50 min for 10 people). This is something no one done it before in the org. Would you say this is "Innovative"? 🤔

I have worked in big tech companies and had created good impact but I don't remember how much impact I had created (the specific numbers). Would my referees agree to sign a letter with specific numbers (like 2% increase in revenue) when neither of us is sure of these numbers? How do others navigate this problem?
