Worked perfectly for me, thank you so much. I did it a bit differently, I uninstalled the media feature pack since it was already installed, then I reinstalled it and rebooted the computer. After the reboot I still had the infinite loop, I tried to uninstall/Reinstall Ghub and It worked

says the update is not applicable to your computer

I don’t even have a agent thing in general

the error didnt show when i try to open the agent file...

Man razer software is garbage, but at least I didn't have to reinstall it every six months. This is a pretty unacceptable issue and tbh with all the issues the headset has given me too, I don't see myself getting any more logitech hardware. Its just too finicky. Why can't these companies just program something that works, thats what they pay employees for.

Omg, finally I was able to solve this problem!! I knew that was something messing with the hub and the culprit was the Windows 11 Pro N, which don't come with media player installed. Thank you so much!!!!
