If possible for the government please arrange some kind of English training for teachers particularly from the Rural areas during winter break which I believe it will bring positive impact on yhe life of students because language barrier is one of the major issues that lower the self confidence of the child.

Respected Tembe sir...... I have one point to improve the education system in Meghalaya. Before if we failed 01 subject in Matric exam (SSLC)......the result is failed.......but now aday even if the students had failed 02 subjects but their results is passed!!! That why most of the students are taking very lightly with their studies. This is the main reason why the standard of the education is getting down day day in Meghalaya.....

Sir according to my opinion regarding the down fall of education in our state is because we neglect the majority. Particularly students in rural and remote places didn't get quality education. There are many factors which includes infrastructure, untrained teachers, recruitment of teachers with distance course, bad management of the school, if we want to change we need to look into those factors. Recruitment process should meet the standard teacher - students ratio at the same time quality teacher is much needed. One quality teacher like this Principal can change the entire school. Imagine if we get hundreds and thousands of those. Please view my comments and give some feedback sir because I need to understand this matter.

Private school teachers workhard with low salary rich people like to sent child there .but government school with high salary people didn't t sent there children because they know the different among goverment and private school .so you the one who are educated people know how to speak to education departmentment to regularise teachers salary so that the teaching methods will equal and education will be equal in private and government school.

Right to education is ok but what about the Right to Education providers ? This should be act.
