Saw TMBG in London a week ago, and Nada Surf a day ago. So I am contractually obligated to listen to, like, and comment on this podcast. But I would've done those things regardless.

Of course, they were about to lose both homes Diana was afraid of becoming homeless and she told David that. So, they decided to gamble, wom a lot of money, but made a big mistake and instead of using the 50 grand to pay on house, they decided to gamble again and lost everything! Point is, its very easy to sit back and say I'd never do that....but I think its one of those things that you'd have to experience before you truly knew

One of my earliest memories is hearing Happy Jack in about 1973. I was four or five years old. I've been listening to Pete Townshend ever since.

I listened to all eight episodes of this, and it was so captivating and amazingly well done. I am a huge fan of the Zombies (I actually think Odessey and Oracle is tied with Rubber Soul for the best album of the 60's; yes, even over Pet Sounds), and I had no idea this even happened. With every episode, as I got to know these characters and their roles, I became so engrossed, as if I actually got to know them and care about the next steps they all took. Daniel brought it all to epic light, and it was fantastic - I hated to have it end. Thanks for making my morning walks so damn easy and enlightening me to this fantastic piece of history.
