Discovered this band fairly late, would have been cool to see them live in their prime

Shoes bass makes this song sounds like a 1960s carnival ride or something

That solo. 2:30. To some that sounds trash. To me that is someone making a guitar talk

Yeah attitude is on point. Music might be better played than original. Points off for 1920s annoucer voice but i think he sings everything like that. Points of for Monica cam. 9/10 bumped down to 7/10. Monica cam really cost them there.

Aaron!! Sounds great. I sincerely hope he can come back to Billy Talent full time - Or just more than he can right now. His style is so recognizable and quite unique - that tight hi hatting, the "vacuum sealed" tightness of the beats in general - the "tenseness" and drama he can add to certain tunes is killer. He plays behind the click a little. it is part of Billy Talent's DNA... Jordan is great but, his style is different - significantly different... Jordan hits a lot harder and plays ahead of the click. His playing is more... Uniform and collected so to speak. This isnt a bad thing in many cases but there was something more angsty and exciting about Aarons style- while still having a great sense of groove

WORKER BEES - I love it so much. Why dont they play it more... They just have *so many* killer tunes to choose from I guess. That was the best live performance of Worker bees ive ever heard/seen. This was an amazing performance by the Billy Talent dudes in general - one of the best. They're a fantastic live band...and as if it couldn't get better - Aaron came up play to play 3 tunes and he did a great job. What a resilient soul he is.

Sweet! Nice clip of the fellas doing what they do best! In Austria!! They're a beloved band all over Europe (and of course in their home country canada too) but it's the German speaking countries in particular where it seems people really dig Billy Talent, and are loyal to them. I mean... their last 4 albums have all been #1 or #2 on Austrian, German and Swiss primary albums charts - plus their albums all seem to have multi platinum or platinum certifications there too. I'm so happy for their success - idk it's just awesome when your favourite band does well.

Hastings is an amazing drummer, but I do wish to see Solowoniuk on the drums again. I've had osteoarthritis since I was 21, doesn't compare, but I will always play, and I will always support Aaron, he is actually the one who inspired me to start singing in a BT cover band. But with my situation, it's hard to play drums, but I will always be involved in music one way or another. Love you Aaron, we all do.
