thank you ! i realized that abt the tulip after, i think the stem was too wide & for the record i didn’t increase evenly on the 2nd side but ive learned since then !

hi ! when i first learned i bought the “Boye Simplicity Everyday Crochet Kit” it has a instruction book with lots of written tutorials on common stitches & it comes with 5 hooks, stitch markers, darning needles & a measuring tape ! it was super easy to work with for me.

& as far as learning how, you can use the book that comes with that or look up tutorials on youtube or tiktok. there’s lots of people who crochet nowadays & everyone is usually willing to help !!

You can make pillows. Whatever size hook the yarn requires go down at least 2 hook sizes. It will create a tighter stitch. Also you can double acrylic yarn or use a 5 or six weight yarn.

You def did really good on Miles for eye balling it. 👏👏 There are tutorials for it though so next time you won’t have to struggle too much. Just type in like hanging Spider-Man car chain crochet and then you could customize it to whichever spider person you want.
