Correction: It will crash on loading the game but there's no black screen Edit: Nvm solved it

what goes in the overwrite folder? wher is mod2 installed, in program files or as folder in c drive?? what 3 files go in mod2 main folder?

Does these physics not work with the Base outfit you get in the restroom at the very beginning of the game when creating your character? 🤔

Sorry, but I accidentally Batch Built the TWB 3BBB Body Morphs but forgot to change some the Body Sliders but now when I try to Build another TWB 3BBB Body, it no longer let's me choose TWB Vanilla 3BBB after I hit Batch Build again. 😢 ?? TWB 3BBB Body Preset .aaa Build Morphs (Build) Filter Groups (TWB Vanilla) Batch Build and Pressed Build But the option to choose Output "TWB Vanilla 3BBB" is no longer available...it just immediately Batch Builds now and I'm wondering why because when I stared the game, the very first outfit you get when choosing your character doesn't move at all and I downloaded the physics mods and whatnot...so that is why I try tried to make a new build because my character's "assets" were not moving through the clothing. 🤔 Any help is appreciated!🙏🏽🥺

@@ghost_1153 I don't know what to tell you. If you fixed your INI files including the MO2 ones. Made a new modding profile (no mods just address and lib to troubleshoot if you use Simple FO4 Downgrader), got all the right versions of everything, Steam verified correctly, downgraded correctly idk what to tell you if your game is still crashing after that and you did everything in the video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5Cbo4GHaq-dfpIsi=tCH2-rHQicVWapDY

@@ramst3d i got it working, i just deleted any files that werent part of the base game and followed your other guide from the beginning. Looks like the f4se versions were conficting or sth dont know why I didn't think of deleting everything Earlier! Now another question can i mod it now again with the vortex MM?

@@ghost_1153depends if you used the downgraders that just need address lib and bass you should be fine. But if you do a full downgrade you need to downgrade the affected dlc's

hi maybe you are the right person for my case. practically both the bodies and the clothes almost all work well for me almost because some clothes despite having selected them for that body shape in game some clothes you can see the skin of the body how can I fix this? a tutorial wouldn't be bad, yes, someone wrote it for me but I would like to see it, thanks.

no you're possibly getting the wrong version of OCBP, don't get 3.1.0, get the older version.

for me, my only issue is that some of the interiors are broken like hubris comics’ walls missing their meshes and so is most of vault 111 but the collision is still there

By backing up the Next Gen Fo4, use downgraded fo4 with Mo2 and next gen FO4 with Vortex. Or using the Simple Fallout 4 Downgrader, with BASS and Address Library

okay just build the body again in bodyslide after you batch build the clothing, the clothing pack has a nevernude cbbe outfit in it so it overwrites your nude body, building the body again should overwrite it.

I hope this comment gets seen but I have never modded a game, ever, and I'm really struggling to understand. I got FO4 on summer sale, obviously it updated, now the game poops itself constantly. (The worst is where my main monitor just goes black and says there is nothing plugged into the display port) I just want to play vanilla FO4 but it won't run for very long. The video above assumes I'm familiar with things that make no sense to me and I'm rapidly losing heart that I will ever get to play it. So, my very likely stupid questions that hopefully get me on the right track: When the video lists the requirements, are any of those things a mod manager? Do I need to download something else entirely before I get those? The "make sure you have loose files override enabled" part means nothing to me, likely because I've never modded, but it goes back to not understanding the terminology. Someone please help this old person not be so stupid, if I can get on the right track I'm sure I can fumble my way to the end and be able to play, I just feel lost starting out.

I would delete this comment but I hope someone else sees that it was a futile exercise. I've spent a long time and none of these steps actually did anything. I uninstalled the game. Guess I'm just not smart enough to know all the stuff the video assumes I know.

Hey, the loose files override pertains to the Vortex mod manager, which I suggest you get starting out. If you need more help, I made this video that covers more about where to find your fallout 4 your game version etc... And if you want to play Vanilla FO4 you don't need a mod manager or to downgrade. Just make sure to run the fallout4launcher.exe in your game folder, click options and ticked Windowed and Borderless. Ticking and saving should help your game boot up without crashing. And it's best to check the specs on the Steam Store page to see if your system can even run it. But if you need more help I cover more things in depth with the mod managers like how to download with mod manager, how to create modding profiles and etc.. In the description of that video you'll find links for how to install Vortex mod manager. And I have a playlist that's called Fallout 4 Downgrade Series, where at the time I tried to go more in depth about helping users downgrade their game with all the modding knowledge they need. But it's best to join a community and always ask, I do want to warn that the modding community can be a bit stuck up or downright ignorant but its gotten better 10 fold since new players came to the game. @@ramst3d I am flat out depressed about it, so I'm sorry if I came off attacking you, it wasn't intended that way. I spent 5 hours trying to get things to work, I just wanted to play a game. I absolutely should have been more clear, this didn't work FOR ME, because I have no idea about modding. I went step by step several times, uninstalled and re-installed, I have to tap out. I requested a refund on the game. Maybe I'll get the game on GoG since I've heard it just works if you turn off updates.

@@HP-Punkcraft oh! definitely try the GOG version if you wanted vanilla and I'm sorry now I understand its your frustration. Which I totally blamde Bethesda for, this update screwed up so many things for no reason. So I understand if you're having a hard time. But yeah get the GOG version its already the downgraded version of the game meaning you don't need to do anything complicated to rollback to the working version.

okay you can't launch with Steam if you have Address LIb and BASS installed in your mod manager. And, did you try the Empty Main Bug fix with Archive Invalidation in the video? its different for both mod managers.

@@Angelblue1302 it might be your mod versions in the beginning I instruct you to make a new modding profile. Try doing that and see if the game loads, if it does. Its your mods.

I've had a weird bug where I can start the game fine and see all the Fallout London startup, but when I hit new game, it just has an infinite loading bug while the background animation continues playing.

I saw some people on the sub reddit say you had to hit like T or something because there's a menu that pops up but you can't see it? I've had that happen before in fallout 4 with other mods too. A lot of people said that solved the problem. When you load up are you hearing the vanilla fallout 4 opening song and seeing green font or are you getting the new london opening song and gray font?

@@PanicLedisko I figured it out, I had one file, I think it was a .esm that got overwritten improperly, refreshed the download and made sure that stayed proper and got it to work fine
