Its the smallest yet most brutal workout...God... it's day 1 only an dead Day 2 Day 3 still cramps, still tough but coming a little more naturally Day 4 I feel like its easier today..i haven't been able to straighten the fully in previous days,, today its easier Day 5 rest Day 6 today Day 7

1- doing the click sound actually means none, don’t/didn’t or no. doing it consecutively expresses disapproval/shame. its part of our language. there’s not a turk that doesn’t do this sound. 2- that hand movement to express you’re out of money 😅 i don’t know what that’s about. never have i seen such gesture. its not a common turk thing. 3- the last gesture DOES NOT mean you’re afraid. the gesture is performed after a jump scare or when you dodge a bullet.
