When we filmed this vlog, we didn't notice hearing the traffic from the highway inside the apartment, yet when at the pool area, we did hear the traffic from certain areas. Looks like a nice complex- but with condo sales plummeting in the USA -all of Florida-South Carolina, any oceanfront condos in the States -are really getting killed, because of Maintenace fees and Hoa fees, some condos being billed 200,000 per condo for maintenance- so it's going to happen to Panama also -it's just a matter of time-the salt air is really brutal on them-with the average annual wage in Panama of 18,000 per year ,you can only sell these condos to expats-or the top 1% of the locals -thats a very thin sellers market dont you think-anyways good luck with the project-I do love the tax advantages there

@JamesVarnas great observations, yet those condos in FL were built a long time ago, and maybe not correctly? and now they are requiring special assements ... We have had quite a few clients coming from Miami and different areas where these special assements are being implemented, and a lot of the time through conversations it sounds like poor construction or planning. Now with that being said, I am sure there are plenty of developers here in Panama that don't do things 100% correctly, yet we always try to stear our clients away from buildings and projects that I am not fully confident myself. Now, in the case of this project in the vidoe, this developer is one of the best in Panama and they have done around 200 projects in the country.
