This guy's fh loop is so wield. 3:34 and 3:55 typically. He lost balance after his loop attack(lean backward and almost fall down). And you guys backhand loop even more stable than the fh loop. impressive. Nice game. Good luck and hope you can beat him in the league final 💪

@@weareprayingforthelost He's falling back after the shot because his weight isn't forward. His upper body is in line with his lower body rather than being slightly ahead. That said, his forehand is still good because he has good weight transfer mechanics and acceleration. I also think he was playing a little bit relaxed as well. If he was up against a 2400 player he wouldn't be making a shot like that.

from what i see there seems to be a desync on your fh for your stroke mechanics. It looks like youre leading with your upper body instead of your lower body so it doesnt let you get the rotation on the ball when doing your forehand on most times when you missed and went long. Its hard to explain in words but if you slowthe video down you can see your torso is rotating before your legs.

@@phamster18 great advice thanks! I can’t remember if those were short or medium pips though…it was so long ago! I’m leaning towards them being medium pips, judging by the fact she is “looping” with them as opposed to flat hitting, which is why many put short pips on their forehand sides; with short pips those “loops” are very rare. In general I find short pips easier to play against as there is less variety in terms of the incoming ball compared to medium pips. Long pips are also more predictable for me, so it is the medium pips that I’m struggling the most I feel like

A very important thing to note as well is that you need to remember and train lowering your center of gravity. From what I saw, most of the time you were almost completely upright and that made it more difficult to move in general and also limited the amount of power you could potentially output. It's a problem that affects lots of people, me included, and I'm actively working on it to improve my base stance and general agility! Also remember that it's not just lowering your hips like if you were just sitting, but more like sticking your butt out and lowering your back, so that the center of gravity is properly aligned and you can get as much mobility as possible. Great match and nice try!
@chyngyzdavletov16
@chyngyzdavletov16 3 ай бұрын
@@Jekuruu yeah fully agreed. I’m on a taller side so for me it’s more challenging to sit lower during points. I’m doing 1-and-1 fh drill every session for the last ~6 weeks and it slowly starts to show in my recent matches, as I’m suddenly able to throw in more loops per point than before. It’ll take more time I guess to get fully integrated into my game (also it’s not clear what the extent of that “fully” is). Obviously we want to be as good as we can, but there are limitations as to what one can objectively reach at this age 😄
