Where's the prediction? He simply regurgitated contemporary knowledge... that computers had become easier to use and would continue to become easier to use. That statement is still true today. He didn't even predict that they'd fit in our pockets or even have a GUI.

If you watch his 1984 Macintosh presentation, you would know that he is actually talking about Macintosh here. It took about two years to develop it so timeline also matches as this video is from 1981. He talked about all these points in the presentation
