Thanks for the comment! But I have to disagree, ND filters are far from useless. I'm primarily talking about cinematic video settings here, for photography it's a different game but even then ND filters have their use in long exposure photography. High quality ND filters will not degrade the image, that's just not true. Maybe some random budget ones you'd buy off amazon, sure, but not the ones directly from DJI or say Polar Pro. It is true that the higher you fly the less you'll notice the motion blur, but most people aren't capturing static shots at 400ft, as soon as you introduce motion without properly setting your shutter you're going to notice unwanted jittering in the footage. I fly commercially for real estate and car dealerships, most the drone footage I record is below 200ft, often times barely above power lines doing dynamic movements or using the drone as a replacement for a camera jib. at that level you 100% need an ND filter to properly lock the exposure and shutter. I'm curious why you think the industry standard 180 degree shutter rule is "obsolete"

@@paullawrence8572 Glad you enjoyed it! It completely depends on how bright it is. I believe for that comparison I used the ND 8. But on sunnier days I've used the ND 32 instead.

@@husratmehmood2629 I mean you can hit the record button when it's not flying. I don't think you can get video out from USB though. So I doubt a webcam setup would work. But for the price of this you could almost pick up a Sony A6700 and it would be miles ahead of the camera on the air 3s.

@@SamKarpFPV thank you , appreciation for your honest suggestion. I agree with Sony A6700 but it cost $1700 now, there are better option available like using the DJI action 5 Pro or Dji Pocket 3 etc.

@husratmehmood2629 fair enough! I was basing the pricing off the fly more combo and that brings it much closer to the 6700. It completely depends on your use case. Between those two I'd go with the pocket 3 every time

@@geodrone7643 maybe I should've included an example in the video but I didn't have the time. From what I've seen through davinci resolve adding a small amount of sharpening brings the image back almost exactly to what it looks like at 0 sharpness. From what I've seen no details are lost.

@@MR_RB2 Good tip! For the most part I just leave the sharpness at -2 and don't end up touching it in post. But I like my footage a little on the soft side haha

@ yeah I did that but found that close up the edges looked a little too soft! So tried -1 and it was perfect! That way I get both soft with a little sharpness… but that’s the beauty of shooting video is very subjective;) what doesnt look so good to someone else looks perfect to someone else;) if u get me… but all in all i love my drone! Always been a fan of the air series and always will be! Such a power house 💯👌🏻

Hey that's a great question! Looking at my controller for the Air3s it looks like you can adjust gimbal smoothness by going into settings, control, then scroll down to Gain & Expo Tuning. From there you should be able to adjust Gimbal Tilt Smoothness and speed for each flight mode. Hopefully that helps!

@@SamKarpFPV thank you. i know. The problem is that when the gimbal is set to normal mode, Cine and Sports modes move at the speed set in normal mode... something seems to be missing. Mini 4 Pro and Air 3s have the same problem.

@@SamKarpFPV I haven't inquired yet. I find it strange that two drones have the same symptoms. So I was curious if other people had the same symptoms. So I wanted to know if I did something wrong or made a mistake. It's strange that the Mini 4 Pro and Air 3s have the same symptoms at the same time. thank you

@@SamKarpFPV I solved this problem a while ago. It's my ignorance. I checked indoors without GPS. When GPS appears outdoors, the gimbal settings are working normally. I don't know why the gimbal movement settings are related to GPS, but I solved it before contacting DJI. I was an idiot. ^.-

So far I haven't noticed any Jello effect. There is an optional vibration dampener for the GoPro mount that you can purchase from SpeedyBee if Jello becomes an issue. Between the Cinelog 35 and the Bee35 it's really just gonna come down to preference. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

The motors I'm using are the 23mm 2350kv motors from FPV Cycle. I'm not 100% sure, but it does look like the motors you want to use fall within the recommended specs for the frame. So I say give it a shot!
