About 25 or so years ago I met him. We had drinks in New Orleans. I don't know he was a great American poet. I didn't even know his name. We just talked about "The Band" and how great they were. He was just a guy about my age, with Hansen's, I figured. We didn't have problems holding our drinks. My grandmother had Hansen's; always kissed me on the forehead. Wrong Piano. Just another right experience. Who's learning?

Vic was such a great feature with the Boys. I feel so lucky to have caught BRUTE the few times i did. BRUTE (& Vic) were much like a shooting star, short lived but incredible if you saw it. Awesome stuff, thanks for posting these!
