I found this to be very helpful. From my beginner's perspective, I'd love to see a tutorial on using optimized fingertricks with the Sledgehammer and any advice for how to train to go faster. There's actually a method to solve the whole cube with only Sledgehammer moves, which I enjoy, but I'd love to be able to use it faster. Because it's such a simple move, I think the people who tend to put out Fingertrick videos never think to demonstrate with this one, but it would help me, and maybe others, start to get more interested in speedcubing if we learned to deploy the small set of 'intuitive-methods' algorithms with really optimized finger work. ... Also, you used the word, 'Trigger', but I keep encountering different videos which use the word in different ways... So I'd love to hear a deeper explanation of what 'Triggers' are, with some examples if various insertion algorithms are all called 'Triggers'. Anyway, thanks for all the work you put into sharing this.

I was reminiscing on the cubing days, and you were one of the big ones I always watched. J.R cubing, cbc, convinsa and countless more. Just taking a look back at some of the old channels and wanted to give you a thank you! You guys were a big part of my childhood, and while I've moved passed the cubing stage I still look back at all you guys with the fondest memories.

Say I took a standard 3x3 and didn't do the shape mod, just replaced half the stickers. Would that be fundamentally different than the shape modded version?

If you don't have a lot of time or a lot of lube, you can also just lube where the corners/edges will touch other corners/edges.
