It might be separating due to whatever you're spraying on your face. If what you're spraying on your face is water-based and the foundation is oil-based it's bound to separate

Love ur take in bare minerals and Jane Iredale loose powder foundations for your oily, dry, acne prone skin. I’ve used Bobbie brown’s vitamin enriched creams and it didn’t break my skin out and helped dryness. I’d love ur take on bb cleansing oil new vs old foundation. Thx

I bought the dewy one, because i do feel some foundations or concealers make me look dry or older, but for events i feel they always go away so I hope the dewy stays and doesnt make me look older, i feel i have combination skin 🙈😅🤷‍♀️
