Its like huma trying to shoo a street cat or a dog, but they couldn't care less

I noticed that when I focus more/enough with my senses, my head gets so filled with intake that the thoughts stop rattling. Ever since I learnt that, it's mostly quiet in my head, until I take my time to think. Connection to the outer world is for me a shortcut to zen, or is zen. Plus I both learn more and get more beauty. Get to know more of people. The interconnectedness I think gets greater when you notice where the other person's focus is. That is valuable.

Wow! The way that elephant made it look like he was just accepting the guide after the first charge then suddenly turns on the burners and charges again is so intimidating and shows us just how quick these marvellous creatures are. Full respect for the iron balls of that ranger who knows how to read the body language and stay alive. Wouldn't recommend this to others though eh 🫣

I just stumbled on you and your work recently, and I feel so lucky that I did..... Learning from elephants, not about them: wow. This lines up with the wisdom I've heard from my favorite animal communicators. All of nature is saying, Learn about yourselves, honor yourselves, "and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man". And this kindness to each other leads to kindness to all things, all beings. Thank you for being a living example of what it means to be kind to self, and to all beings. 💚💚💚

In the 50ties..early 60ties my mother would get out of the car to watch the elephant herd..nothing happened..she had a way with animals... today a bunch of cars..many tourists on the sight...stressing the animals more...and..elephants remember..if they have encountered humans as violant and dangerous..they do not forget.

My mother has a way with wild animals.. she would get out of the car to look closer at a herd of elephants..they never showed agression... they must have sensed her aura.. that she loved them.

Elephants are gentle giants (unless provoked or in musth). I absolutely love and respect them. They are remarkable intelligent emotional creatures. The guide has experience and the elephants can sense his calmness.

Some how the Elephant got the impression that he is charging a PT instructor & not a hunter or a PH . It lost its wits by kicking the bushes and dust out of sheer disgust & walked away😱🤔

ALAN, I AM PLEASED THAT YOU HAVE THE PRESENCE OF MIND TO BE IN CONTROL AND NOT SHOOT THESE ANIMALS EVEN IF THEY PROVOKED A LITTLE. THE ELEPHANT PROBABLY VIEWED YOU AS A FOREIGNER ON THEIR TERRITORY.

McSmith is lucky he's standing in front of the camera man. When dealing with tense situations like this one, there are 2 important rules: Rule #1: Camera man never dies. Rule #2: Never forget rule #1.

McSmith is a brave person and has intense knowledge about the elephant behaviour. It is not an eassy job to face a giant African elephant bare footedly and with just a thin wooden stick. Very few person can do this and McSmith is on of them.
