That french toast bit is a crime against humanity. It’s a custard. It’s supposed to soak in give it some time.

This was informative because you showed the inside of the can, but I wish you had mentioned the brand name, cost of each can and where we can find this brand. I didn't see it in the description either.

Heron Point Crab Meat is the brand. I bought it from my local market. The prices i spent are listed on the thumb nail of this video. I did a quick Google search, and this brand can be bought online. Well, thanks for watching

No spices? Should have sage, rosemary, thyme, garlic - no?
@onesimplechef6 күн бұрын
You may add whatever spices you prefer. Honestly, it tastes awesome as is. I make it this way since it's the way my grandmother made it, and i will not change her recipe. Well, thanks for the comment, and thanks for watching

Thank you chef - I'm now more confident in actually COOKING the canned crab meat I buy, instead of simply eating it drained out the can with rudimentary spices. I'll check your other content too!

Good job with the bottom of the crust. Last time I made Pizza in my Kettle I didn’t let the Pizza Stone heat up long enough and the crust underneath didn’t come out brown and crisp.

That Oven Cleaner you're using is lye based. It's pretty caustic and it may not be good on copper and aluminum. You can also use Barkeeper's Friend or Bon Ami as an alternative; their ph is also basic. Easy Off is useful for stripping grease and the seasoning off cast iron though.

Never use lighter fluid! Use some vegetable cooking oil on 2 paper towels! Otherwise a great video. Thought using part of the charcoal bag to start coals clever. I prefer thin crust New Haven type pizza myself and like how you charred the top-tastes better
