Satanism is a really complicated one because it can mean numerous things. Some of the most prominent Satanic churches are not even religious but actually a political movement trying to combat the forcing of Christianity in public schools. There are definitely those who fit into the description you described, it's just worth noting how many different things it can mean. I will say there are some people who hae underlying mental health issues who sometimes 'hear' satan, I hate to bring this up and I'm not trying to villanise people but one warning I'll give to those wanting to explore spirituality is there are some people who have very serious internal battles going on who's advice might be a bit off. Gotten off topic but the last satan definition I wanted to raise was Christians who use the term to describe anyone who doesn't follow their exact faith. It sounds silly but it's not uncommon, they seem to think their God is the one true god and everything else is just Satan pretending. Only brining this up because these people are not worth arguing with and they can come across as open to being educated but please save yourself some time.

I love you. I love that you take time off for yourself, to recalibrate, and that you're not compromising your self and your mental health in order to post frequent videos. It's not about the quantity, I believe that in reality if we all posted only what truly mattered to us, what we were really proud of, there would be so much less noise and clutter online. Anyways, I love when you make these videos where you share your thoughts, and particularly in this video I loved the shot of baby Winston, as well as the shots of you sitting in that sunny field, all of those scenes were so beautiful.

Nice adocumentary. One solution ====Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night, when taking a walk, when reading, on the phone, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life.
