Thank you so much. Unfortunately this video was made about four years, ago now and I've not had a drone since. I really, really miss the hobby but I just can't accept drone registration. I couldn't change it. So I was forced to sell up and vote with my feet

Thank you. I'd love to join the Drone community again. But unfortunately while there are so many ever increasing draconian rules and regulations as well as compulsory registration I really can't see that happening. They have taken the fun of of the hobby and it's no longer what it was when I first started flying. I still miss is all though.

Secondly, it's a time thing. As you know producing the shortest of vids can take hours of your day. So unfortunately, I think that's me over and out as far as producing content goes I think. Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately my drone days are over now. I loved every single minute of it. But I couldn't be more against drone registration (UK) so I fell on my sword and quit. Still really miss flying tho.

Thank you. I'm really pleased you liked my video. Unfortunately I no longer own a drone. I figured I'd rather quit than register and pay for something that has been free for decades. So as much as I loved producing aerial content, unfortunately I won't be adding to my catalogue.

Thank you my friend. I don't consider this video to be my best. I only uploaded it as it was my first half decent manual pano. Where I flew it. Not an intelligent flight feature. But I'm really glad you liked it anyway. The key to flying a non jerky flight is to have a plan what you want to capture before you take off and when you do take off, be very, very gentle on the sticks. I generally put my thumb at the side of the left/ right turn stick and gently press down and roll my thumb slowly . This generally gives you a smooth turn. Thanks guys. Unfortunately due to the hobby tax, sorry. Drone registration scheme and need to be put on a government register just for doing something that has been enjoyed by generations without incident. I sold my Evo and no longer have a drone. This video was just as a reminder to myself that at least on one occasion I managed a half decent MANUAL pano shot. That's all really. But thanks for your kind words. They really are appreciated.

@@funkyduckproductions.8844 Ah yeah remember you saying you sold the evo - would you consider getting a drone that weighs less than 250g so its exempt from the registration?

@@sparkyandeliza No. Because I'd put a weeks wages on it that as soon as the market becomes flodded with sub 250g drones the legislators will modify the law to say any drone capable of capturing or recording data (camera) will need to register. I know I sound pessimistic. But this is what I honestly believe. Which is really sad as I loved flying and the flying community.

Thanks Andy. Doing manual pans with a drone is never easy. Something usually has to give. Can you let me know what you think of the background music. I think the general concencious is that it's a bit repetitive and perhaps would be better without music. What's your take on it? Oh, by the way. I use filmora Wondershare to edit.

Funky Duck Productions. I think the music is ok. I normally get royalty free music from KZbin and it’s worth downloading a load of different musics and loading them into the time line and see how they sound and look between transitions. I agree the panning manually is hard and takes practice. My latest video of Lavernock, for me was one of the best I feel I’ve achieved. Photography videography is a ongoing learning curb every time you go out. And sometimes before loading up a video or choosing a image, it’s worth leaving it for a day or so and going back to to see if it still feels good or needs a tweak.

Hi. Yes and no. I'm sure my drone would get close to them as it's range is reportidly around 4 miles. However, I like to play within the rules and keep my drone in visual line of sight. Even with a supper bright cree strobe light fitted I'd lose sight of it way before it got near that distance. So I didn't even attempt to get to the wind farm. Boring perhaps. But the VLOS rule is there for a reason and I'm happy to stick to it.
