Alright, it's 00:30 where I am as I start typing this, and I am typing this by thought. Looking back at it, when I was still dipping my toes into the coffee world, Aga's finals coffee run was my first exposure to the Barista competition. I was so enamored by it that I played it a few times and when I was showing others as an introduction to what I find to be as interesting. Ever since I have been getting myself more into the coffee world in my country. I did meet champions and I did learn some of their stories. But now getting to see this story, it brings so much to learn about something I took for granted, and it brightens up the nostalgia I had rewatching these scenes from a new perspective and lets me empathize and invest in such a story. If anything I am still young, a homebrewer, and not a professional. I am far from this level, but as to any beginnings, one does start low. If anything, this just encourages me to continue on, but with a new lit inspiration to drive me.

So inspiring 🤩

I had the perfect cup of coffee many times . Surprisingly it was a cheap national brand i.e. to wit Folgers here in USA many years ago . I've consumed many other brands since in particular expensive nothing came close . These all have "notes" . The Folgers back then had one and only one note i.e. to wit "COFFEE" note. Cheerios
