Spirits helped me big time today during court. I visualised the tribe going in the room with me and so they held me in the white light so i could speak with bravery and pride and courage. We did it togheter and im thankfull 🙏🏽 keep vibrating, keep doing inner work, keep growing, lets connect and feel ❤❤❤

I have found that when I use aura music to repel negativity, it kinda comes back harder & faster; yet when I use aura music that invites in love & positivity, the pain they choose to inflict on me dissipates... Even hate needs love

These hang drum meditation sounds are the most helpful. For about six or seven years now, Everytime I put these on when I'm at the end of a frazzled rope, I go through a serious emotional cleansing as well as experience increased productivity in my personal tasks.
