They don’t make them this big anymore. I was going to grab a 2024 renegade 900 last year, with the winter we had, I’m glad I didn’t. On the bright side, I get to spend the next few months riding 2020+ renegade 900’s (getting them stuck already)

Nice work! Gotta love line work days with beautiful weather. Question: Have you ever removed a bullwheel liner for a Doppelmayr detach? We have a Dopplemary/CTEC 2012 Uni-G that needs replaced and have been brainstorming the best way to do so. Love the videos as a fellow lift mechanic, very insightful and cool to see other designs!

I have not done a bullwheel liner on a Doppelmayr before. I have done a few on BM’s and Poma’s and believe the Doppelmayr is similar as it’s a press fit. When I did it on the Poma we pried out the old and installed the new on the uphill side of the terminal so we didn’t have to remove the haul rope. I recall it being a bit of a pain but not to bad. Please reach out with any other questions and best of luck.

I can't find the starter on mine. I turn the igniyion key but not any cranking. Where do I find the starter. Is there a possibility for it to be pull start only. It does have a battery though.
@patricksmotors9070
@patricksmotors9070 Ай бұрын
The starter should be located at the front of your motor below the exhaust manifold. If it has a battery with no starter or it’s an EFI sled. These sleds require a good battery to run as they need the power for the fuel injection system. Best of luck.
@SafakSahin

@@patricksmotors9070thank you. So I figured it has no battery, 1992 EFI 500 SKS. Was able start it. Fuel line was broken, and electric socket at the back of ignition was intermittently not conacting..

The footrests are getting warm, is it how they cool the coolant, instead of a radiotor?

I believe they feed the lines around them to keep your feet warm but the heat exchangers are still located in the tunnel

Seeing that Poma grip all the way over in west Canada is a firm reminder of just how universal & widespread that design was back in the 1990's - I have seen both Poma and Leitner chairlifts with that grip type in Italy, France, Slovinia and Slovakia (produced under the Tatra-Poma brand) and these ones are in great condition - they actually look like they have been taken apart and completely rebuilt, steelwork painted etc

Hello!, from fort McMurray. We have an SMI snow making machine that is producing oil through the nucleator. We are pretty sure it's the shaft seal on the air side of the compressor. I can't figure out how to get the cover off. Great information in this video. Looks like maybe a Special tool or some type of spanner wrench? Do you have any suggestions or experience to share? That would be greatly appreciated.
