Peg 5 is to deep the island in the middle is raised. Only summer for the middle. A rod length or 2 is just enough. Middle is like hip height

@BezzasCarpChannel1 definitely would go again mate the carp are in good condition. We're you was sat on peg 5 if you go again go on peg 4 or 3. Wen it's hot aim for the middle but winter months they stay together doing laps around the the middle. Also everyone fishies with boilies in that lake. They love corn and bronze maggots. The leather carp stays just of the middle all year and the grass carp never moves from the spot where you right rod was by the weeds. I've seen you fish around the midlands before. If you wanna go to a venue and they ent sure what sizes they go up to as they have not netted in over 15 years go to cuttle mill fishery. There is a pool also called the long pool and that has never been netted since the lad took over so that's like 20 years...

Great video bezza, syndicate looks a nice place, ive ghe same bivvy in green my only concern with it is, the front peak whether that will be a issue on merrington in the strong winds we will have at some point. 🎣 🎣

Hi mate..thanks for watching! Yeah huge chance of a blank but a small chance of a mega fish so it was worth it! I can only speak from someone who can’t afford an RT7, for the money the ND boat is wicked, get the GPS and deeper and it’s great…bit fiddly with the app etc but once you get the hang of it I can fault it, so easy to use with the small handset and the return to home is the best bit..sort ya rod while the boat is on its way back 👌🏻
