To get started, you should probably use Northwest to incorporate the company (probably cheapest and fastest), and then use Incfile (now bizee.com) to obtain the EIN because they are cheaper and faster than others. For non US citizens it can take up to 90 days to obtain an EIN. With Incfile, from our experience, it takes only around 4 weeks.

@@appscenic okay thank you man. Means a lot. I’ll go through your blog and go for the best option as you suggested. But again if I go with northwest for incorporation and bizee for EIN, wouldn’t that cost me a lot more, cause It would be more easier and cost friendly if I could just select one of the companies to do everything, from LLC registration to Getting EIN for banking and stuff. What would you suggest in cases as such?

@@Shopifywithnoop No, it would cost you cheaper to use different companies for different services. As said above, Northwest is probably the cheapest for company incorporation, but their EIN service costs $200. At the same time, Bizee incorporation fee is higher, but their EIN service is only about $60. So, by using both platforms for different things, you will obtain the best price overall. However, if you prefer to use one company to handle everything for you, that's up to you.

We recommend to do it right from the start, or you will have issues with the payment processors, advertising platforms or even getting approved with good dropshipping suppliers.

Hello. The concept is pretty simple. The customer is paying you through your store, and you must pay the suppliers through our platform using your wallet with us. You can add funds to your wallet with us via a credit/debit card. It's your responsibility to collect the payments from your customers; we don't interact with that part in any way. Also, you must ensure your orders get paid on our platform within 72 hours or they will get cancelled automatically by the system. We don't ship any orders ourselves because we are a software company and we don't own warehouses or any inventory. So, our suppliers will ship the orders for you and each supplier has a different warehouse and shipping policy. However, when we import products to your eBay account, we import the real warehouse address of each supplier and the tracking numbers will show the real warehouse address set at your product level in eBay. Because of this, you are in no danger with eBay and you don't need to use any 3rd party app to make the tracking numbers look like they are all coming from the same place (that's not needed with us).

Because we are not integrated with TikTok directly, you will have to use a Shopify/Wix/WooCommerce/Ecwid store as a proxy to import and sync your products and orders to TikTok. So yes, you can dropship to TikTok, you just need a working store for that.
