It’s weird. When I was 130 I looked like you on 106. Maybe I’m taller or different weight distribution

Hi Alfie, On how many calories are you per day? and how many grams of carbs, protein and fat? I see from what you are saying you cut carbs quite drastically which maybe helps you to lose weight now but you need to look at bigger picture and in long haul (if you want to maintenance the weight) its not good. You still need to do it healthy way. It can lead to eating disorders and binging etc. You shouldn't be counting carbs from veg as carbs either ;)

Ahh i just check the macros on my calorie counter I didnt realise the carbs from veg shouldn't be coming. I'm going through around 2000-2200kcal per day. I'm having around 160-200g carbs around 150g protien and around 90g fats every day and mostly whole foods really nit really any proteins and most of my fats come from nuts that I snack on as well. I always have 3 meals which includes breakfast every morning of porridge and peanut butter with sugar free jam. Anything I could be doing better with??

Just wanna say how proud of you I am, bro... You've come so far and have achieved so much! It's ok to have down moments, my therapist told me that these downtimes must happen to help us learn how to bring ourselves up from it again, making us stronger every time. Keep going, never give up!! 💜

Haya Alfie! You will lose lots of weight in first couple of weeks (that is all water)! How many calories you eat a day? How do you feel on your diet? It looks like your diet is lacking of carbs=energy. Thats why you are craving more food and you lacking energy. It is good idea to have more veg tho. But carbs let you push harder=burn more fat. It's all about balance :) Anyway I'm proud of you! You are doing amazing! Keep going and we are waiting for next update! Btw try to weight yourself every week, dont do it every day! It might f#€k you head up like it did to me and my other athletes friends :)

Hey! Yeah i assumed i would lose a lot to start with. I'm feeling really great with it and am eating my carbs in the morning and lunches but not so much for dinners so will have some breads or pastas in the morning or lunch time. The only reason i'm weighing more often now is just to track it whilst its quick weight loss and when it plateaus a bit i will start doing it less frequently. You can do this! It certainly is a lonnng process. While I’ve lost the weight I wanted to the mental stuff is still something I’m working on. Good for you though taking a step in the right direction. So many people are ashamed to admit that they are struggling and I’ve got to give you props for not only admitting your struggling but also letting others see that it’s okay to reach out for help and also take those first steps. I can’t wait to see your journey!
