my mails do not arrive; do you have any suggestions? Already chatted with email-host and also with adobe-chat but both could not help. also, is it possible to skip the draft-step and send it automatically on clicking? the weird thing is that gmail works but the others don't help is very appreciated.

Can I put a designed button on the InDesign version and then do a hidden link on top of that image to make it submit? Does that make sense? I do digital flipbooks that are uploaded as pdfs and you put invisible link buttons on them before embedding or sharing.

It is a shame this video didn't get more exposure and views, as I believe this was the most concise and easy video regarding PDF being searchable that I've seen the other seen to be milking time for viewing hours by talking slowly and explaining things way too much while including details that could have been omitted. Great job!

You can't remove the date but you can change it with a tool: www.nirsoft.net/utils/filedatech.html

For me and many others, it works from inside Adobe preview. However in real life it is high probability it will not work if sent to random people as a link or attachment. Google search is full of people saying it does not work. Same with WORD have a Submit the does a MAILTO:. It is the MAILTO: that has an issue. Adobe support says it call a JAVA script that needs to be installed in the PDF view/editor (like Chrome). Many people will not have that. Adobe suggest have all recipients install the free Adobe Reader. (Funny). They also said if one knew what the Java script was, that could be added to the Form. I do not understand how Adobe knows it does not work, knows a fix, but does not add it to their Action. Wondering what your experience is with random users using it. Corporate IT can control this but not the external real world. And thanks for the first KZbin I found to demo outside of Adobe.

Well, this is not encouraging, I just spent a good part of 3 days putting together a registration form for an event. I planned to email it and have it embedded in the website. I sure hope it wasn't a waste of my limited time. :(

You can add security to the pdf, you can do this in Adobe Acrobat Pro security settings or use 3rd party software which can also do multiple pdf's at once. e.g. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZmarZ2ClerV4qpY

Thank you for this. It is unbelievable that these giant companies are absolutely complacent with shoddy product issues. Adobe needs to fix this issue because asking millions of users to take exponentially more steps to properly resize something that started out the right size to begin with it glib and time thieving.

Is there a way to feed the program a key word list so it only looks for specific words and their counts? This is like the third word frequency software I've run into but none so far have the ability to do additional filtering, which is wild.

Thanks for this! I needed it on Friday so just need to invent a time machine to undo the mess i made with a table lol. Can you edit table lines, borders etc in the same way? I needed to delete a column in an order form.

That's probably because you're using Adobe Reader and not the full Adobe Acrobat version. you can install a free print to pdf driver e.g. www.printtopdfpro.com which will create a new pdf.
