This guitar is a mystery. It looks and feels and plays like a pro-level guitar. Or at least it plays way better than it should. You can record or gig with this guitar. No sweat.

How can I start customization? I dont know about sound nor electrical stuff. Is there a way to find out which parts sound best and would improve my guitar?
@FjBass4 ай бұрын
In nut shell, the sound of electric guitars is up to mainly two parts. 1. Regarding string motion 2. Regarding electric stuff If you are good at electrical works, I recommend you to start from changing pickups or pods because you can feel significant change before-after. Otherwise, it is nice to change saddles or nut.

This is not just for beginners. The playability is so spot on it will benefit the veteran player as well as the novice. In fact the 24" scale is a "Godsend" to anyone.

Better off not recording at a drum set. Or take some bass off. Also you've mixed it all up. Tone Max should be the brightest, not the opposite.

Let me correct something. - Saddle is not made from plastic. It is from synthetic bone. - Neck finish is Satin Urethane so that it would be meaningless to use lemon oil nor beeswax. Sorry for incovenience. Also I appreciate your kinly advises for my viewers!!
@blablybla11 ай бұрын
Oh, I came here to ask if you have any clue about the finish used on the neck, but I see you've mentioned urethane, so I guess I'll be fine with using Wipe-On-Poly to add some extra layers? Factory finish isn't great, it feel almost like raw wood here and there. p. s. What about fretboard, is it raw or is it also urethane?
@FjBass11 ай бұрын
@@blablybla the fretboard look like urethane coated.

@@FjBass Thanks for the information. I should be safe with using Wipe-On-Poly then.
Bro use ernie ball mondo or mega slinky for short scale necks like this beautiful mustang..... Trust me

@@FjBass thanks for the appreciation bro... These are new line of EB slinkys, slightly thicker (10.5, 13.5, 17.5,28, 38,48 than the D addario ones i used before which are 10,13,17,26, 36, 46. Yea bro, definitely do a comparison video. Waiting eagerly.

I think you have ‘max’ and ‘min’ confused my friend.
@FjBass Жыл бұрын
Thank you for pointing it out, Dude😂 I actually felt it when I made this video. Let me discuss it again. When its ‘tone’ is max, your capacitar will cut the hign range of ur guitar sound, right? At a clear sounds, its capacitar does not work. In that sense, my understanding in this video seems right. I appreciate it if you can post additional thoughts about this topic🙏
@yeoldefoxeh2546 ай бұрын
@@FjBass You're not wrong technically but nobody ever says this way. There are numbers on the pot caps for a reason. "Tone to the max" means the brightest possible, not "cut to the max with the capacitor inside".

I'm thinking of buying this guitar, I prefer the one in torino red though. This demo is very helpful, thank you! 🙂 Don't you like playing with distortion??
@FjBass Жыл бұрын
I would say it is worth buying from some standpoints! Usually I do not use distortion sound but will try and up some video if it would be helpful for you🤘

Playing with distortion is fine when it is called for. Clean playing is to some people more important.
