This is really nice and I always felt like I spoke funny. I have a super Boston accent and I always get that when I talk to other people that are in the same area as me

When you are demonstrating the impact of a parameter on a phenomenon, you should keep other parameters fixed. If you wanna show the effect of pitch on the amount of excitement of a sentence, you should keep other things like volume and intonation the same. Otherwise, one could argue that it was those other parameters such as volume or intonation that actually had the impact.

Absolutely spot on! I've always believed that a deeper voice commands attention. After trying some exercises, I can definitely relate to that initial struggle. It’s wild how people often associate deeper voices with authority-like when you hear someone trying to sound serious but end up sounding like a cartoon character! I took part in the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x, which not only helped me with humor but also boosted my vocal confidence. Remember, finding your true voice takes practice, but the payoff in social and professional settings is totally worth it! Keep at it!

A man with a deep voice commands authority, and that's fine, as long as he makes every effort to speak quietly while in public. Few things annoy more that some obnoxious punk who finds it necessary to stress out the whole room with an unnecessary decibel level. And if you're oblivious to the fact that you have a deep voice, hopefully you have friends who let you know when it's time to STFU! As far as a woman goes, a deep voice is very unattractive. Don't listen to these brainwashed feminists trying to persuade you to behave more like a man! It's bad enough they convinced women to start dressing like men (wearing trousers instead of skirts / dresses), getting tattoos and swearing like drunken sailors. And take a look at society now, which doesn't even resemble society from a mere 50 years ago. So many young women today wouldn't recognize ladylikeness if their lives depended on it. Thanks for ruining society, you filthy unhygienic feminists!

I want my voice to sound my feminine and joyful and louder. My voice is softer and to s sound more serious I usually use a deeper tone almost to the point that it sounds like a growl. I don’t like it because it’s still low. I want big and feminine and kind when I speak .not sure how to find the balance.
