Hi mam, I have read some articles about this flashcards and it which they said that we should stop flashing cards in front of your toddler as it is not a natural process.. And flash cards are not good for babies... I have been using it for my baby since the last 3 months and my one year old baby started identifying cards. Should I continue or stop. Please reply mamm

How often should we change the set?
@ankitaagrawal7632 жыл бұрын
I got my answer from the comments. Well explained video. Like you said we can use 3 set for 5-6 days. And then we can change the set, right? For other 5-6 days. And do we need to revise the old cards to the baby?

Very well explained, I am doing this flash cards session from past 4 months, showing 60 cards(5 category) once a day for 5 days, my 2.8 year old baby is not at all interested to see, flashcards, I am really getting upset, kindly give me some tips, how to make them interested to look at the cards...I have given break when she is not interested to see, pampered, everything did, and when I bribe, she will look, but bribing does work in long run is it... So kindly give some tips
@chahak3 Жыл бұрын
Just try to be creative, it becomes boring with time, so stop showing flashcard if shes not interested. Instead she is big enough to go outside so take her outside and introduce new things everyday. Take her to new places like temples, parks, shopping mall and introduce new things. Whatever she already saw in flash card show her in real world

Hi mam, can I use the e-flash cards?
@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
Hello B M, E-flashcards won't technically make any difference in terms of the benefits that flashcards provide, but it will increase your little one's screen time. Here are a few tips to make the experience fruitful : - Keep the E-flash card time highly energetic. - Keep it innovative and interactive (just how a Tickle Right teacher would do it). - Your baby's mood matters a lot! If your child isn't up for a flashcard activity, don't force them as it renders the process futile. It is absolutely vital for your tiny tot to love and enjoy ' Flash Card Time! ' . - Please ensure you give no more than 2-3 minutes of flashcards at a stretch. ( yes, 2-3 mins is ENOUGH. Keep the flashcard pace roughly 1-2 seconds a card ) - As per the Tickle Right method, we perform flashcards periodically and keep changing up the topics to give a varied, extensive exposure to the children. We hope this helps. Happy learning!

Ma'am can we show flashcards more than 3 times a day. How much time gap must be there between every session.
@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
Hello Mrs.Priyadarsini, Showing flashcards thrice a day is more than enough. You can space them out throughout the day. You can begin with 3-4 topics and show the set 3 times a day for 15-20 seconds each time. You can repeat each set for 5-6 days. Hope this helps.

@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
@@priyadarsinitripathy853 There is no set duration, however it would be great if spaced between 4-5 hours. It’s advisable to do it at times, the baby is fresh, active and shows readiness to look at the flashcards.

Hello Mr. Anil, Any sort of card paper which is thick enough for you to flash. Remember, you won't need the same flashcard for a long period of time as a parent, so whatever thickness is comfortable for flashing, you can choose the same.

@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
Hello Mrs. Rajitha, The strips can be narrow, ( roughly the length of your index finger ) and try to write it big and bold. We suggest using a thick marker pen to write the words. Most advisable to use a red or black marker pen. Happy learning.

Mam if we are not multilingual parents then how to workout this? I want my baby a multilingual..
@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
Hello Mrs. Nisha, It would be best in this case to ask for help from close relatives. They could introduce a language that you and your husband may not be well versed with. (All they would have to do is talk/ play with the baby- in the desired language ) To obtain maximal benefits, please note, that interaction with that particular relative must be as frequent as possible, as young children need the frequent stimulations to consolidate a new language. Hope this helps. Happy learning.

@@tickleright-rightbraineduc1364 Mam in my relationship there is no who know different language.... Only Hindi English and our mother tongue... Plz suggest some other way...?
@tickleright-rightbraineduc13643 жыл бұрын
@@nishalakra1942 Hello ma'am, You can start with English as it's the most universal language. We all are almost always blessed with one cultural language. Start with that. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a foreign language like German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc. Also, it takes a village to raise a child. You can always involve your family and friends to speak in their cultural languages to your baby. That exposure is fantastic too. Pro tip:- If you have a helper at home who can speak a very different language, let them spend 15-20 mins with the baby and speak only in that language. They can play together, sing, or cook. The exposure will do wonders for your baby. Hope this helps. Happy learning!
