Lawsuit Against Texas for $200 million dollars - Don't Mess With Maine Arrest in 2017 for stalking I was incarcerated in Travis County Jail for one year then after a full year during which my court appointed lawyer Bill Browning saw me for a total of one hour I was held on $225k bond for a Case that requires 10k bond. Browning made no attempt to reduce bond. Upon entry to the jail he told me: "I don't see why they're prosecuting this, there's no violence or threats". Then he told me he is best friends with ADA Michelle Haily. I thought this would be to my advantage but turns out he was colluding with her. I was sent to Montgomery County Mental Health Treatment center where I was assaulted twice by Cory Price (but I won he was 35 year old man former boxer and was not disciplined. I was called the 'aggressor') for competency evaluation for 4 months. I have been licensed as an LCSW in Texas transferred from Connecticut in 2008 and valid till 2010 when it lapsed because I couldn't afford to pay the renewal fees after all the fines, arrests, brutality I had suffered in Austin including an arrest for "blocking the sidewalk" when I was picking up every single cigarette butt and piece of trash on East 6th Street as I was known to do all over the city...war monuments and stuff. Probably 100,000 cigarette butts altogether in Austin. I did it every where I went while chasing down homeless people to give them $100 and to find out what they needed. On another occasion I was at Kerrville Folk Festival and had to get back to Austin for 5am surgery on my nose under general anesthesia. I had no gas money so I brought a chair and hitchhiked. I was out there all afternoon and thought I would miss my appointment. My sinuses were 100% blocked and the festival was very dusty and I was there for 7 weeks to set up, breakdown and all through the festival doing dishes, trash detail, chauffeuring for the artists, security etc. I documented the entire event on video, with Nikon DSL with interviews of the performers. I captured Peter and Paul of 'Peter Paul & Mary who had just passed. They were doing 'Puff The Magic Dragon'. At the point where the lyric was "Puff the magic dragon lived by the sea" and the 4 year old blond haired blue eyed girl with face paint said: "no, Puff lives by the sea" and Peter stopped the show and made great theatre of it. I captured it all and her adorable Goddess face was framed perfectly by the tangle of mic stands. I left all my videos on a hard drive for the Festival's archives. So, I got to the hospital on time had surgery and was given an hour to recover from General Anesthesia. I was d/c'd to the shelter that had already banned me for reporting a large blob of green and yellow Flem that was left by a man with a clear TB cough. I had just undergone the full regime as I had tested positive from working with homeless people. I showed them my doctor's orders to lie at a 45 degree angel for 72 hours so they sent me to the 3rd floor outdoor terrace and I tried to lay down on the bench with dividers so you couldn't lie on it. When I complained a woman said: "you can't lie there". My face looked like I'd gone 15 rounds with Conor McGregor. A cop came over, put me up against the wall pressing my just repaired nose into the wall. Then he dragged me by the hair down to the cruiser where he face planted me on the hood with 11 Austin PD behind him laughing. Then I was taken to Lockup where the desk SGT called out a name that was not mine and when I didn't respond he threw me against the hard edge of an oak desk injuring my back which I had surgery on and on disability because of it. At the time I was an LCSW in Texas and a mandated reported. Then I was sent to an interrogation room out of a movie where three "professionals" declared me a suicide risk so I was sent to a cell with no bench or toilet and a hole in the middle of the floor. They took my clothes and put me in an open paper Johnie with two female guards. I was there for days like that and finally out of exhaustion I slept on the floor and was not fed or given water. Finally a Mexican/Texas judge came at around 3am with two sheriff deputies. I said: "what country am I in?" The judge told me the charge and I was sent to Travis County Jail never with medical treatment and held in solitary confinement for 2 weeks before they released me since the evidence of the brutality had abated somewhat without court or hearing and yet I have a conviction on my record. I managed to hitchhike back to the festival after which I returned to Austin where I was living in my car. From there I was constantly harassed and threatened harm if I didn't get out of town and one pushed me for no reason They took my keys finally so I lost my car and had to take a train back to Mystic, CT without my cameras which I sold in Austin for train fare and was harassed on the train and slept on the ground.. But before I left Austin I was harassed constantly by the police and once pushed for no reason. i had lost 40% of the muscle in my right calf. So, I fell over on the sidewalk and suffered a serious concussion and was given no medical treatment and left there to possibly die. So finally after a year in jail in the Browning case I asked him "what are they offering?" He said: "you can go not guilty by reason of insanity or 10 years in state prison. Because I wanted to preserve my LCSW I chose the former and was sent to Maximum Security Hospital in Vernon Texas where I passed the 'Dangerousness Review Board' after two trauma filled months with truly dangerous people like psychopaths. After two months I was transferred to 'Kerrville State Hospital for two full years with Browning making no effort whatsoever to help me. When my team said I was ready after one year Hailey intervened and re-committed me for another year. I got COVID and spent 6 weeks on oxygen and almost died. After they released me home to Maine I was required to attend psychotherapy weekly for one year. I went a full 82 sessions without missing or being late. Finally I was released from supervision and returned home continuing therapy with an incompetent therapist Darin Knapp, LCSW (law suit pending because he refused to treat me after I complained about him eating lunch during sessions and yawning constantly throughout each session while never once saying anything empathic or supportive being convinced that I was Bi-Polar) (diagnosis given in Travis County Jail) clearly I am not Bipolar) and required to take Latuda which caused me to gain weight and become unable to get any kind of erection. Finally I developed akathisia which is debilitating and does not relent usually but did in my case by grace only. Bill Browning was always condescending, rude and did not answer his phone or return emails when I asked for help. I will be seeking 100 million dollars from Texas for Civil Rights violations, torture, denial of due process and collusion with the prosecution just for starters. Then there's the APD and that will cost them another 100 million dollars and cause the APD to dismantle especially after the Black Lives Matters massacre recently. This is the absolutely most spirited performance I’ve ever seen/heard and the most searing expression of gratitude to our blessed lord savior brother friend and great redeemer the One and Only Jesus Christ Almighty that we ever have seen/heard. Words fail but grace abounds like mountains pouring holy water on your Divine Head. As I wrote elsewhere today. You now sit at the left hand of the Father and Jesus is begging HIm to give you His seat but the Father forbids because Jesus died intentionally for our sins so Bob Dylan would get through and you have.
