I am afraid that is the reason. When I recorded the video, my free API (v2) was able to collect tweets in Gphi, but I tested today and I also got the 403 error.

When I use a invalid twitter API token, i.e., a v1 version token, or other people are using the same token at the same time, it will not run.

@@LBSocial I did set up a new twitter developer account and pasted my Bearer token in and when I click start, the button just turned grey and nothing happens. Do I need to upgrade my twitter account or something to run the API successfully, or does this problem have anything to do with my jvm, thank you.

@@r1188rhhh GCS is based on a three-dimensional spherical surface to define locations. So when you tell ArcGIS to make a flat map with a GCS, it is forced to choose a projection! So it draws using a pseudo Plate Carrée projection. But those maps have large distortions. A projected coordinate system (PCS) is a GCS that has been flattened using a map projection.
