Mercy, lovely vlog, but allow me to mwntion this, there are different types of salads, some have cheese as an ingridient and some don’t. As for rhe bread, generally salads are taken with bread, unless of course it is fruit salad, but vegatable salads are taken with bread. The only thing that was off in that meal is the tea or cofee tpu were taking with rhe salad. Lastly, don’t listen or respond to those who think you live in a small house. Surely, you are just one person, how big of a house do they think you need? You have a roof over your head, that is all that matters. Kila mtu kwa mlango yake.

@@mercygitau you can always leave the bread out, but also note that there are differrent types of bread. You don’t eat bread daily so that one bowl of salad wilth bread will not affect your weightloss journey. I am a fitness warrior and I will tell you for free that, there is alot of misinformation about carbs and especially bread. This is even witj trainers, but again, these local gym mostly don’t hire certigied trainers. As long as you are eating complex carbs, you will still be on track with weightloss. Sweet potatoes, arrow roots, Ezekiel bread, Rye bread etc are all good sources of complex carbs. Key is, carbs that bteak down slowly, not simple carbs coz those, spike your blood sugar level and you feel hungry real quick. This is is actually what affects weightloss coz you will find yourself over consuming. You want something tbat is sustainable when it comes to your nutrition when it comes to fitness and weightloss. Eliminating a food group like carbs, only comes in if you are training for a body bulding competition, even so, they eliminate carbs as the competition dayy approaches only. Carbs are a source of energy so if you eliminate them, where is your source of energy coming from?

Dear Mercy, I come in peace. How is it your taking two steps forward then taking five steps backwards.. How know..🤦♀..!? Rember you where complaining that your fridge was small in your previous aptment thus you upgraded, now it's too big you down grade....Try relocating it hapo sitting room coz hapo kwa laundry haileti show.
