Commencement de la recherche du Kototama pour Ueshiba Moriheï O Senseï Lorsque le couple Nakanishi, Kôun et Seiun O Senseï approfondissaient leurs ascèses ( 7 ans et 8 mois, de 1935 à 1943),ils reçurent la visite et la demande de ce maître martial, déjà connu et réputé par ses faits de guerre et sa formation reçue du grand Maître Takeda : Cette rencontre fut organisée à Oyama d'Itabashi à Tôkyô, en 1939, par un homme de la Secte Omoto, nommé Akazawa Zengoru, habitant Iwama Machi, dans le Département d'Ibaraki car Ueshiba O Senseï s'était préalablement converti à la religion « Omoto » le 7 de l'ère Taishô (Juillet 1912 à décembre 1926), donc en 1918. C'est d'ailleurs à cette même époque de « Taishô » qu'il accompagna en Mongolie, en qualité de « garde du corps», le révérend Deguchi Onisaburo . Mais, à la suite d'un accident à Pantara dont il réchappe, il décide à son retour au Japon de quitter le mouvement Omoto pour se consacrer à une recherche profonde du Budô : C'est ainsi qu'il se met en quête de retrouver Nakanishi Seiun O Senseï . Après deux tentatives infructueuses qui interviennent en pleines ascèses au Mont Katsuragi de Nara ils ne peuvent l'accepter comme disciple. Ueshiba O Senseï insiste alors auprès de Kôun Nakanishi O Senseï, son conscrit de Ayabe, afin de voir sa demande acceptée par Seiun O senseï, tant son besoin d'éveil, pour sa Pratique du Budô, est «urgent et primordial»! Décision est alors prise par Seiun O Senseï qui consent à accueillir Ueshiba Moriheï comme disciple pour lui enseigner le secret de l'Esprit du « Guerrier de l'âme » Ame no Takemusu, et en particulier la différence , entre «Kiaï et Aïki ».

Can anyone alive today teach how to do what o-sensei is doing at 6:45? My sensei described o-sensei doing this. O-sensei stayed at his home in Hawaii and he witnessed this first hand. But my sensei didn't know how to do it. He said o-sensei said his "mind was beyond the universe" when he held people pushing from behind like this.

For gods sake do not copy the movements of this man if you are new to Aikijo please. His ability is far beyond what you see and you will only imitate them as bad technique. If you want to learn the jo, then learn from his student Saito Sensei for he preserves and teaches basic technique. You have been warned. 😊

When you shoot a wooden sword into a bamboo bundle, it usually bounces back if it is at full swing. Can you push it in without recoil? It's one of the disciplines of aiki.

nije bambus, nego grane i debla. Kasnije su zamijenjene trajnijom automobilskom gumom. S gumama je odskok izraženiji, ova vježba uglavnom služi za jačanje zapešća.(Google prevoditelj) Non è bamboo, ma rami e tronchi.Sono stati successivamente sostituiti da pneumatici per automobili più durevoli. Con i pneumatici il rimbalzo è più marcato, questo esercizio serve appunto a rafforzare i polsi principalmente.

it's called TanRenUchi(see translation), it is usually done in solitude ... it is used to learn how to use the katana with power, strengthen the wrists, .... etc ... it is an ancient exercise

si tratta di TanRenUchi ! un lavoro molto importante per rafforzare i polsi nell'uso della spada.....e tanto altro... it's about TanRenUchi! a very important job to strengthen the wrists in the use of the sword..... and much more....

Modern aikido branded itself as non violence when in fact most of the OG students of Ueshiba are blackbelts from Judo Karate or people who studied boxing, who are really good at hurting people with violence to protect themselves. What a shame

What a great and important video! Too many people including Stan claim that OSensei only did teach Buki Waza to Saito. Absurd claim of course, as if he would not teachhis own son and successor! This video proofs OSensei Fully trained Doshu in the bokken en jo.

in some interviews with Saito published by Stan, Morihiro explains that O'Sensei taught weapons to a few people, including Tohei and Kishomaru, Saito had just arrived and had had the honor of being able to participate in those lessons. Then the time passed and practically only O'Sensei and Saito remained in Iwama and that's when he finished refining the bukiwaza in alcune interviste a Saito publicate da Stan, Morihiro spiega che O'Sensei insegnava armi a poche persone, tra cui Tohei e Kishomaru, Saito era appena arrivato e ebbe l'onore di poter partecipare a quelle lezioni. Poi il tempo passò e in pratica a Iwama rimasero solo O'Sensei e Saito ed è in quel momento che finì di raffinare il bukiwaza
